1. 데이터 저장
노트, 명함 정보와 스캔 이미지, 첨부파일, 행사·회의 정보, 할 일, 태그, 설정, 선택적으로 입력되는 위치 텍스트는 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. iCloud 동기화를 켜면 사용자의 개인 iCloud 계정에서 Apple CloudKit을 통해 동기화될 수 있습니다.
2. 행사 모드
- 방문객 정보에는 이름, 회사, 직함, 이메일, 휴대폰·전화번호, 국가, 메모, 관심분야, 자료 요청 여부, 개인정보 안내 동의 일시, 스캔한 경우 명함 사진, 수집한 행사가 포함될 수 있습니다. 선택한 홍보 영상은 기기 내 앱 저장소로 복사됩니다.
- 이 정보는 기기에 저장되며, iCloud 동기화를 켠 경우 동기화될 수 있습니다.
- 개발자는 방문객 정보를 수신·열람·저장하지 않으며, Google이나 광고주와 공유하지 않습니다.
- 방문객에게 수집 사실을 안내하고 동의를 받으며 관련 규정을 준수할 책임은 앱 사용자에게 있습니다. 앱은 동의 안내 문구(수정 가능)를 표시합니다.
- 방문객 데이터는 스프레드시트·PDF(선택 시 명함 이미지 ZIP)로 내보내거나 앱 안에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 담당자 화면은 Keychain에 저장되는 PIN(iCloud로 동기화되지 않음)과 선택적 Face ID/Touch ID로 잠글 수 있습니다. 생체 인증은 iOS가 처리하며 BizNote는 생체 정보를 받지 않습니다.
3. 광고
BizNote는 Google Mobile Ads SDK로 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 노트 화면 하단에 배너 광고가, 행사 모드 진입, 행사 모드 홍보 영상 가져오기, 방문객 목록 내보내기 시 전면 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
기기의 광고 식별자를 광고에 사용하기 전에 Apple 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 팝업으로 허용 여부를 묻습니다. BizNote는 추적 허용 여부와 관계없이 비개인 맞춤 광고만 요청하며 광고 개인화를 사용하지 않습니다. 허용하면 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 광고 게재·측정과 노출 빈도 제한을 위해 광고 식별자를 사용할 수 있으며, Apple 앱 개인정보 항목에는 이것이 추적에 사용되는 데이터로 표시됩니다. 허용하지 않아도 광고는 표시되고 모든 기능은 동일하게 작동합니다. 이 선택은 iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
Google은 광고 게재, 노출 빈도 제한, 부정 사용 방지, 성과 측정을 위해 IP 주소, 기기 식별자, 광고 상호작용, 성능·충돌 진단 정보 등을 수집·처리할 수 있으며, 이는 개발자가 아닌 Google이 수집합니다. 노트, 명함, 이미지, 첨부파일, 방문객 정보는 Google·광고주와 공유되거나 광고 타게팅에 사용되지 않습니다. EEA, 영국 등 필요한 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform으로 동의를 묻고, 가능한 경우 설정의 광고 개인정보 옵션(Ad Privacy Options)에서 선택을 확인·변경할 수 있습니다. Google의 데이터 이용에 대한 자세한 내용은 policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites를 참고하세요. Google Mobile Ads SDK와 동의 플랫폼 외에 다른 광고·분석·추적 SDK는 포함하지 않습니다.
4. 수집 여부
개발자는 사용자 데이터를 수집하는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 노트·명함·이미지·첨부파일·iCloud 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

6. 데이터 삭제
앱 안에서 노트, 명함, 첨부파일, 행사 정보, 방문객 데이터, 사용자 템플릿을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 데이터가 삭제되며, 동기화된 iCloud 데이터는 Apple의 iCloud 정책에 따라 남아 있을 수 있습니다.

1. Data storage
Notes, business card details and scanned images, attachments, event and meeting information, tasks, tags, settings and optional location text are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data may sync through your personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit.
2. Event Mode
- Visitor information may include name, company, job title, email, mobile and phone numbers, country, a memo, area of interest, whether materials were requested, the date and time of consent to the privacy notice, a photo of the visitor's business card if scanned, and the event it was collected for. Promotional videos you select are copied into the app's storage on your device.
- This information is stored on your device and may sync via iCloud if you enable it.
- The developer does not receive, access or store visitor information, and it is not shared with Google or advertisers.
- You are responsible for informing visitors, obtaining consent and following applicable rules. The app shows an editable consent notice.
- Visitor data can be exported (spreadsheet or PDF, optionally card images as a ZIP) or deleted in the app.
- Staff screens can be locked with a PIN stored in the Keychain (not synced) and optionally Face ID or Touch ID. Biometrics are handled by iOS; BizNote does not receive biometric data.
3. Advertising
BizNote shows Google AdMob ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. A banner may appear at the bottom of the note screen, and a full-screen ad may appear when you enter Event Mode, import a promotional video in Event Mode, or export the visitor list.
Before your device's advertising identifier can be used for ads, BizNote asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. BizNote requests non-personalized ads only and does not use ad personalization, whether or not you allow tracking. If you allow it, the SDK may use the advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads and limit how often they are shown; Apple's App Privacy information describes this as data used for tracking. If you don't, ads are still shown and every feature works the same. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Google may collect device and ad-related data (such as IP address, device identifiers, ad interactions and performance and crash diagnostics) for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement; this is collected by Google, not by the developer. Notes, card data, images, attachments and visitor information are not shared with Google or advertisers or used for ad targeting. In the EEA, UK and similar regions, users are asked for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform, and where available can review or change this choice under Ad Privacy Options in Settings. Apart from the Google Mobile Ads SDK and its consent platform, the app includes no other ad, analytics or tracking SDKs.
4. Data collection
The developer runs no server that collects user data and cannot access your notes, card data, images, attachments or iCloud data.

6. Deleting your data
You can delete notes, cards, attachments, event data, visitor data and custom templates in the app. Deleting the app removes local data; synced iCloud data may remain under Apple's iCloud handling.
